Manage users and groups
Every person is a user; roles and group membership determine what they may do.
Use groups for audience eligibility, not administrative authorization. Examples include “Monthly members”, “Beginners”, and “Teacher training 2026”. Owners and administrators may create, rename, delete, and assign participating users through the API.
Before deleting a group, review instances restricted to it. A deleted group identifier no longer grants access, which can make those instances unavailable until their bookability is updated.
