Manage products and bookings

Products define what attendees can purchase and how that purchase funds bookings.

• Use drop-in for one paid booking.
• Use class pass with a class allowance and optional validity period.
• Use subscription for recurring access; billing renewal automation remains an integration responsibility.
• Use workshop or teacher training for specialized offerings.

Always enter prices in the interface’s displayed currency and verify the payment environment before publishing. The current administration footer identifies test/mock mode.

The bookings view is operational. Refunds and complex entitlement adjustments currently use the API and should be accompanied by an audit process.
